In response to the owners response: I was aware of some “loose coping tiles” as he conveniently put it. See the photos now included, I was able to pick up each coping tile on the spa with my hand, no tools, and could have continued around the entire spa. Loose, I guess that’s one way to put it. Base layer was not level, no smooth concrete surface to place tiles on, uneven and gaps allowing water in, damaging seal. Spent well over $100K on our pool/spa/firepit/, many issues, too many to list all here. Here’s a few big ones: spa is leaking into the pool through the split face tile side, stone tiles around top of spa can be pulled off by hand, CP owner stated that "stonework only has a 1-year warranty..." and refused to repair the issues without us paying. The experience and planning of our pool was effortless and painless. From beginning to end we were very impressed with the quality of the materials and design and the professionalism. Branden and Roselyn are so helpful and easy to work with. We love our pool and would highly recommend if you are in the market to give them a call.
They did our pool a few years ago, work was done super fast and perfect. They did everything we ask for. Highly recommend Cajun Pools and Spas.

They were very responsive to our needs and questions, gave great advice, had great ideas, and did an outstanding job in our pool. We love everything about the pool and the experience!
