They recently re plastered and supposedly went through all mechanics on pool to make sure everything is up to par. They had leak detection come and supposedly gave all clear and turns out we hade busted pipes all over on right side. Cause of busted pipes was pulling on the jets like they were to get old ones off and new ones on after chip out. The owner was very rude and never came back to check or see about it. Terrible service and worse customer service. Wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy.
After reaching out to several pool companies, Cajun Pools was the only company where the owner actually took the time to personally come out and give me a quote. Everyone else just pushed me to their website with little to no customer service. From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, and made the whole process easy. Brandon, Rosalyn, and the entire crew at Cajun Pools and Spas did an amazing job installing our pool. They made the entire process so easy for us. Bonus, they got the pool done before summer so the kids have their entire break to enjoy it.
