I’ve lived here for 11 years. Was great until recently when BG Realty started managing the property. Maintenance requests get canceled and ignored, unlawful and dishonest business practices, regular sewage issues, harassment and no concern for the tenant as a person. Also, refuse to give us landlords contact information (illegal)
