In office visits are great. Doctors seem competent, However, if you need to fix or adjust, anything on the backend, and you have to call into the office that is where things fall apart. Promised callbacks never happen, long waits on hold. They want to get you off the phone as quickly as possible.
Horrible horrible horrible!!! I was supposed to get a referral sent out for a podiatrists so far I haven’t heard anything back from the insurance and it’s been over a month therefore tried calling office to see if they even sent out the referral. I’ve called dozens of times and either they do not answer or when they do their call center tell me they will give me a call back and NEVER does! I’ve been told they will call me back 7 times already and I haven’t received any calls, I even spoke to the call center manager. This is ... read more
Called to make an appointment and the receptionist messed it up and proceeded to blow my phone up for 4 hours while i was at work, he also kept referring to tomorrow as Wednesday when today is monday, needs better people in the office
Staff is horrible!!! Love the doctors but the staff is worthless. I’ve been getting the run around for over 3 weeks trying to get an authorization to a cardiologist and no reply. They had the nerve to tell me that they’ve tried returning my calls but yet I have no missed calls. Then I get a letter from Alexus saying she’s tried reaching out to me several times and that my authorization is done. Surprise, no missed calls and it’s the wrong authorization. With the medical technological programs available to electronically enter your information, they still you need to update every single form you've ever filled out for them every year. Seriously? You'll waste trees to get the same information you had the year before and waste everyone's time as well as the Earth's resources.
