The Cajon medical group was nice and inviting. Everyone was very professional, . But I never met my doctor.. it seems to me he was never there. It's usually PA, NP, or different doctor.. it's sad due to the fact you find a doctor but he's never there... I'm changing doctor'. I want to see and discuss my medical needs... The medical office team was nice and helpful....
I jad to change drs so i came here didnt even get to see dr chatta they gave me some nurae practitioner which couldnt help me with my problem and after giving her all my medical history and telling her i had lupus. She sent me out with bloodwork for hiv and syphalis she jad to have known it would read a false positve on those tests because of my lupus when i asked her about it she said oh its protical we test all our patients i call b.s. i dont know what ahe was up to
This place is horrible and disgusting and should be shut down!! Horrible staff! Horrible phone service!! Just to get a prescription refilled it’s a 1 to 2 day nightmare on the phone all day long. They can’t get you a referral if their life depended on it!! I will never step foot in this place again!!
I come here all the time, but getting ahold of the office is horrible and they double book patients if not triple book. The other day I heard the front saying that they could double book patients, but they might have to wait. And then they are late for my appointments over 1.5 hours. Your calls get sent to call center and then if they try to transfer you to the actual office they don't answer.
They gave me an appointment on Memorial Day and they were closed when I showed up. I have been waiting 6 weeks for them to get me a referral to a Ob and still haven’t heard back. I feel like the girls are more concerned about putting on loads of makeup than being thorough with their work. If you have the option to, find some place else for your medical needs.
