I’m having a little difficulty posting this review, because up until today, I absolutely loved Dr. Chatta and how he took proper care of me and my needs! And then today, that literally went right out the window! His staff, especially Anelle, Are absolutely horrible people to deal with! No compassion whatsoever, and then lie about me! I honestly can’t wait to see her response to this, cause I wanna see what she has to say!!! She knows what she did
Call no one answers very unprofessional
I tried to give this Doctor the benefit of a doubt because they were in my network and It seems hard to find any doctor without bad reviews but they proved the reviews correct. My initial visit was good guess and even though I didn't see Dr. Chatta. Did my initial physical then told me to come back Friday for blood work they can do it right in house. I asked should I call or should I make an appointment they said no you can come in anytime. Friday I go in in and there's a big sign that says no blood draws. Sometimes I've cam... read more
The Cajon medical group was nice and inviting. Everyone was very professional, . But I never met my doctor.. it seems to me he was never there. It's usually PA, NP, or different doctor.. it's sad due to the fact you find a doctor but he's never there... I'm changing doctor'. I want to see and discuss my medical needs... The medical office team was nice and helpful....
I jad to change drs so i came here didnt even get to see dr chatta they gave me some nurae practitioner which couldnt help me with my problem and after giving her all my medical history and telling her i had lupus. She sent me out with bloodwork for hiv and syphalis she jad to have known it would read a false positve on those tests because of my lupus when i asked her about it she said oh its protical we test all our patients i call b.s. i dont know what ahe was up to
