The reception staff at Dr. Caitlyn Polly’s office have been kind and helpful, but I’ve been very disappointed with the communication regarding my care. I’ve repeatedly called as many as five times a day trying to get answers or a callback from the nursing staff, without hearing back. I had to pause my treatment for two months while trying to resolve getting my prescription sent to the pharmacy. Very nice lady easy to talk to. Will listen and answer your questions. I recommend her really nice lady.
I would not recommend this provider. She was not very friendly and spent very little time at the bedside for the appointments.
Went in for yearly cancer screening and after 30 seconds of a quick scan, she was out the door. Very unprofessional
