I’ve been a patient of this office since I was a young adult, and up until recently, I’ve had no major complaints. Unfortunately, that has changed due to ongoing and deeply frustrating communication issues that have not only inconvenienced me but have also jeopardized timely access to important documentation. While Caitlin demonstrates good bedside manner in person, the quality of communication from her and her nursing team outside of the exam room is unacceptable.
