My husband and I have had the privilege of being foster parents with Caithkin since May 2024. After moving to the Collingwood area in September 2023, we spent a few months settling in before deciding to explore fostering. As someone who has been in and out of the system and who has had an opportunity to be with Caithkin Treatment foster homes I must be honest and say looking back years now I have realized how we are all human beings and mistakes happen along the way in what we think is the best for a child/Youth safety from the outside world we live in and I was focused on just that.
