I had a new-patient appointment scheduled with Hannah Brocious for three weeks and she decided to tell me less than 24 hours before the appointment that she is canceling, and all of a sudden she can't take on new clients. I have worked very hard to find someone, only to be screwed over last minute. It is so unprofessional and dangerous to act this way.
