John did a 85th surprise Birthday "personal Chef-cooked" dinner for my Mom 2 days ago. The dinner was quote "the best dinner" she has ever had my Mom said. It was prepared and served at at my Sister's home in Round Rock. I want to express my gratitude and sincere appreciation for this elegant dinner that will be in her "memory forever" (also quote from her). I was unable to be there as I live in NY. John did an outstanding job catering for a small private party we had at Ao5 Gallery. The food was outstanding and he did an amazing job working with what little kitchen we have. He provided a bunch of options, delivered the food on time and under budget, with an artful presentation to match, and the guests loved it. We will definitely use him again.
John and his professional staff catered my older daughter’s graduation party two years ago and our guests raved about the food, even trying later to recreate his wonderful salad with grapefruit and avocado. The service was gracious and his servers managed to work a really crowded party so that it felt elegant and easy and memorable. We are hoping he’ll be game for the next two graduations! There was plenty of food to fill up hungry teenagers... And did I mention how tasty the food was?
