RecommendedOutstanding sales person - Dave Rodriguez. I was feeling overwhelmed with everything after my car was totaled by a man running a red light on June 3rd. I stopped by and was blessed to have Dave be the one who came to my rescue. Listening to my story and my situation and after looking around and seeing a Toyota Camry that I really liked Dave was able to get everything taken care of Saturday and even helped with getting my rental back to Enterprise!! Bought a Highlander last week and it was by far the most pleasant experience at any dealership I’d ever had! Cain Toyota; especially their Sales Person Ricky was absolutely fabulous with me! Very patient and helpful when I was indecisive! Never tried to push a purchase or up-sell me! I would recommend Cain to anyone I know and I will DEFINITELY be returning.

Overall it was a good experience. We did purchase a vehicle there. I was shocked that they didnt even put gas in our vehicle. I recommend for future customers and business you go the extra step.
Bought my car at Cain Toyota a few years ago. The sales team was super helpful and not pushy. I continue to bring my car here for service because the customer service is always quick and friendly.
Had to stop here due to check engine light on our way to our vacation destination and they fixed our problem quickly and even let us use a loner to grab lunch. So appreciative of their excellent customer service - especially Luis!! Thank you!
Sales-Joe was very helpful with getting me a Corolla. It was a faster process than previous car purchasing events I have done. He was knowledgeable about the car and he wasn’t pushy. I told him what I wanted and that’s was that. Service-as of now the service is great. I just had my last service for free. They are nice and professional. When I call I don’t have a high wait time. Normally it takes about an hour for an oil change and tire rotation which is all I have needed. I am glad I picked Cain Toyota for all my car needs!
