I bought a used 2013 Scion FRS with about 8500 miles from another New Car Dealership ( a Kia dealership ) that Cain previously owned and sold at auction. I didn't know the car had come from auction. Turns out what I thought was a good quality low mile car had a previously blown engine thanks to Toyota techs not doing a good job on the Valve spring recall. It's an unfortunate situation. We had a Master Toyota tech repair the vehicle. It was running fine when it went through the auction. The customer needs to get financial assistance with the Kia dealer that they purchased it from.
Terrible terrible terrible customer service! I made an appointment, online, to get my vehicle serviced! Got the date and time, as well as several confirmation e-mails; the day before my appointment, I called the person I was appointed to -- Mark ****, and was told that I didn't in fact have in appointment -- regardless of me scheduling and my confirmation e-mails; and then, I get an e-mail AFTER my set appointment, saying I missed the appointment. What gives? TERRIBLE!
