2024 Rav4 Hybird went into service on 9.3.25, under warranty, for a braking issue. On 9.30.25, I was told by the service manager that nothing was wrong with the car, but he would be happy to find a new car for me. He also told me that Toyota would not assist with my repair as his service department could not duplicate the issue. I had my car removed and taken to another toyota dealer in the area. I went to your business because I have been there before with no problem but what I went through this time was terrible. I am a widow on social security and I went to have my oil changed and to check out my brakes and to top off the fluids. They put my car on the scope which I didnt ask for and supposedly found all this stuff wrong. Even down to the windshield wipers. My car was running fine, no problems except for the brakes. They came up with all kinds of things to replace to the tune of $3000. I will no longer do business... read more
Toyota of north canton was extremely courteous and very helpful. We had some question about the navigation and they were very glad to help. We had an oil change and tires rotation and was finished quickly.
