Dr.Cain is an excellent doctor. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He has operated on me and also done a procedure. He deserves a 5 star rating and his nurse Connie is friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with his services.
The staff has been rude to me on multiple occasions. I was told at my first visit that he wasn’t fond of worker’s comp cases… neither are the people who are injured. We are looking for professional help to relieve our pain/injuries. Prepare to be judged and treated like you are wasting their time. I have been re-scheduled twice without anyone contacting me. Un-knowing until I show for my appointment then the receptionist will talk to you like you are the problem. No thank you. I will gladly go elsewhere.
Dr. Cain came Highly Recommended by Dr. Nanda in Shreveport! He’s performed 2 back surgeries on me in 2016 that were considered success.
