My ex was manipulated and didn't realize Chip screwed her over! I offered her to pay back everything she had put into the property 34k and take over payments. Chip said that wasn't a good deal. So after making 2 years of payments another 25k on her part. Chip then decided that me taking over payments and only giving her 10k was a good deal for her.
