Construction company that tries to scam the Federal & State Government with very poor quality work. Nothing like a new building’s roof being sealed up with caulk and tape. Then Cahill acting like that’s good workmanship.
They refuse to pay anyone! It’s absolutely ridiculous doing any business with them and I don’t recommend you do it. You will either not get paid at all or it will be a battle to get any type of payment. They’re horrible to work with and will not get back with you. They make promises they can’t keep and it seems to me I’m not their first victim. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM FOR ANYTHING, unless you want to lawyer up.
What we thought was going to be a wonderful opportunity to serve our local community and school turned out to be a mistake in doing business with Cahill’s. Toni, the owner will tell you things just to get you off the phone and not follow through with them. We had this particular job completed August of ‘23 and here we are at the end of Jan ‘24 without full payment. We call and email daily and when she does “graciously” help out with a payment here or there, we still have no paid in full date. They blame the architect but on ... read more
