Kelly Cahill is a TOP NOTCH realtor!!!! Coming from out of state I only knew of 2 locations that were suitable for my family. She listened and covered all bases (during covid) Once we found a place we wanted she sat with us and went through all the paperwork with the builder! Tracey is the best. Due to my price point and the limited inventory in the market, we had to be ready to jump on a house. Anytime I had the slightest interest in a home Tracey would immediately setup a time to view the property. Often times we would view the property within a few hours of texting her. She was always there to answer any questions I had and not to mention handled a complicated contract/closing flawlessly. You cannot go wrong with Tracey!
Kelly (and Tracey) were amazing! They not only helped us find the right home for our family but connected us with wonderful apartments for temporary housing and other reputable people and places to assist us in our family's move. We highly recommend them!
