We have been using Cahaba Tire for many years. We have 3 vans, a pickup truck and 2 cars. Fords, Chevys, Nissan and BMW. They always take great care of our vehicles and we know we can trust them. Won't use anyone else.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! We have a tire that is separating on our 5th wheel so we go there, it was 4:55 and unfortunately they close at 5:30 SO they sent us on our way because they didn't have time to sell us a $600. Set of tires, THANK you, we are several hundred miles from home!!!!!

They did an alignment on my truck 2 weeks ago. Now the adjustment pin on the truck is broke off and the bolt to the control arm was loose. They said it wasn't. I tightened it up a half a round when i got home.

Hello Shane, We are sorry that this happened to you. Our records indicate that you brought your truck in on 10/10 for an alignment. We completed the alignment with no complications or issues. On 10/23 when you brought it back in, we did see that the adjustment pin had been broken off, which can be a result from driving on extremely bumpy or dirt roads for extended periods of time. The alignment would not have resulted in this broken adjustment pin. We did offer to fix it for you at your cost, but you refused.
