When I took my car there to have my tires mounted I was charged $20 extra because their mechanic destroyed 5 of my lug nuts from using the wrong size socket and tried to hammer it on and then realized that one of my tires had 54 psi and should have only had 38. When my husband confronted them they told him to never come back. Don't worry we definately won't be back!!

When your vehicle arrived at our shop the lug nuts in question were hammered on a 12-point socket and destroyed the cap on the lug bolts by someone who had previously worked on the vehicle. Unfortunately, the only way to remove them was the same way. They were replaced because (as per your picture) there was no getting them back on safely. Probably should call it Cahaba Tire PRO (singular). Wanted me to leave the car there for a couple days to have tires mounted because they only had one guy working. Previous time I tried this place, they couldn't get it done before closing which was 3 or 4 hrs away, and requested I came back another day. Maybe they could take some guys off the computers, and move them in the shop, idk. Done wasting my time stopping here.
