If I could give more stars I would, but overall this place has been amazing to me and my family. I have been going here for years and I have never experienced any bad encounters. Everyone is friendly and family oriented. If you want great healthcare and a great healthcare provider visit Cahaba. You will not be disappointed. Continue the great work and services that you provide because people such as myself really do appreciate and thank you all.
My wife has been waiting over 2 1/2 hours after her scheduled appointment time for a short procedure. She just found a full bedpan left inside the restroom. No real communication, just a bunch of blank stares from the staff. Floor 3. Awful. Edit: I tried calling the number they left in the response and that number is not in service.
