I do not recommend this place. the PAs are great. Dr. Snyder...give it up man. you've lost your touch and you obviously do not care about your patients what soever. you that i had appendicitis yet, you did nothing to help. just pushed me onto someone else. whe. it came back that im passing kidney stones....he said he would call me in an antibiotic. I have been going to this place for many years..It has been going downhill in service and I wonder even why I still go here..It's so hard to get someone to make a appointment, or ask a question to a nurse..Today I wanted to ask a few simple questions to a nurse since I was going on a trip about my prescription..The rudest person I have ever come across told me basically that she wouldn't answer anymore questions..And just to come in..I was there Wed..When they have personable people working there who actually like their job ... read more
Great people. Easy to work with
Today (4/25/2018) I have tried to make an appointment using their number 664-0880. Something is wrong as they can’t be reached at that number. It may be a temporary problem, but it’s very frustrating trying to make a dr’s appointment and can’t get through. Not sure what kind of phone system or company they are using, but it’s not very professional when you can’t reach your Dr’s office.
I was a patient of Dr. Snyder’s for 10 years. I was rarely ever sick. I called for an appointment recently and because I hadn’t been to the office in 2 years, they said I would have to be seen as a new patient and they’d have to call me back with a first available appointment. I NEVER heard back. Very disappointed. We also had an issue with my wife’s care at the office a few years back, but this was the straw that broke the camels back.
I have no problem with doctors nor the professionalism of the office. I have a problem with the fact of the office charges those who are already going through hardships three times much to fillout FMLA paperwork as most offices. Charging families who are sick yet still trying to work. Charging people who are in the need the paperwork in some cases, to come to their offices to see the doctor. This is a major of double dipping. I have heard of $30.00 or $40.00 but $100.00. This is really difficult for working families.
