Not impressed with this place at all. If you make reservations for a certain time two weeks in advance there is NO reason why you shouldn't be seated around that time. 7:30 reservations, got seated at 8:30, food was served at 10:10. The best part --- they told us "it's not our fault". No apologies at all. There are plenty of better places to eat in Worcester.
Excellent food. Sophisticated menu. BYOB as of this time. Food and interior feels like I'm dining in NYC. Great parking. It's my favorite restaurant in the county.
Last week's dinner was amazing! The veal was delicious and the meat lasagna was world class. Our waitress "Alma" was a joy! Attentive & joyous! We'll be back soon!

Worst restaurant experience ever. Ordered right away (2 pasta dishes and 2 kid's pastas), told server we were on a schedule (Tuesday 6pm, didn't seem like it should be a problem.) Table next to us sat, ordered, ate and paid in the 50 minutes it took to get our food. Finally had to tell the server to pack our meals to go. Got home expecting to eat reheated Alfredo (bad enough) only to find some completely different dish with ham in it. I don't eat ham, so now no dinner at all.
