Had an amazing cup of hot chocolate made by Mary... she topped it off with whipping cream and also chocolate. It was delicious
I don't like everyone's coffee, but I really, really like this coffee.
Very good fat-free/sugar free caramel vanilla latte & blueberry scone & the atmosphere can't be beat. There's a cute electric fireplace too but happily isn't hot to the touch so it was safe for my 1 year old granddaughter to explore.
I lived many years in southern Louisiana and had many cups of authentic French Cafe Au Lai. I can honestly say that the Cafe Au Lai at Caffe Communitas is the real thing. The only difference, is instead of looking at the French Quarter, you can sit outside and relax with a perfect view of the beautiful Rocky Mountains. One advantage that Caffe Commintas has over Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans is the very warm and friendly service. Great place to relax with friends, or to take a book or laptop and study and read.
