Didn't think about Cafe Biaggio until a customer complained that he went elsewhere because CB was closed, and had a bad meal. Another person said he was rudely served. So were we, and we never went back. I had had a very good meal there with a group of UMN people, so my husband, a niece from NYC, and I went a few months later. Service was excellent and the food was amazing!
I called a week in advance to let them know we would have a party of 9 coming in at 11:15 to set up for a surprise party at 11:30, the gentleman said that was fine. When we got there the hostess was so rude and said that we would all have to wait at the door before she can seat us. I explained to her it was a surprise party and we just wanted to set up a couple of minutes in advance. Fabulous restaurant. Great food, ambiance and service!
Moderately priced fine dining option that charms an artistically fun and relaxing atmosphere. Well prepared dishes made from scratch. The only thing frozen in this restaurant are the ice cubes & delicious, air whipped gelato! Servers have a knowledge of wine as well, so be sure to ask for any pairing suggestions. There are not enough restaurants like this one out there so be sure to stop in & show your patronage! Make a reservation if needed. You won't be disappointed. <3
It’s authentic Italian Food! Dan our server was great!!! Our food was excellent and a nice atmosphere. The night we were there, they had a guy playing his guitar, that was a nice touch. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates good food. My Mom and Sister said it was worth the 2 hour drive...and would do it again!!! �
They saved the day! It was my birthday dinner and I always have to have spaghetti... a tradition that started way back when. Our normal destination let us down big time (DeGidios). We found Caffe Biaggio and love it. We'll be back! They took great care of us and the food was outstanding. AND the atmosphere... incredibly beautiful!!!
