Caffe Biaggio is a treasure of fine Italian dining. Not your spaghetti-and-meatballs chain-restaurant, but a compact but impressive menu of great food. Not a dud in the bunch. The waitstaff is friendly and efficient. The drinks menu classy; the wine list spot on.

My wife and I were coming through St Paul on the bike when we happened upon this little Italian Cafe. They were gracious in letting us order take out right after they had closed, and we are grateful they did!! Delicious chicken marsala and the spaghetti and homemade mama's meatballs were perfect.
