Worst app and support I have ever had to deal with. Just plain sad.
This plan, is designed to make you fail. No matter how hard you try... something goes wrong. I have been involved with wellness plans for 15 years, but this one, is the absolute CRACKHOUSE! I'll bet 6 people work there, and all of them are playing video games right now. What a disgusting waste of time!
Zero stars. The customer service is horrible and the website/system literally does not work. I've been waiting a month to be paid out for a fitness reimbursement and have called 4 times so far, being told its "escalated". Terrible experience and feels like highway robbery.
If I could rate this as a zero (vs. one star) I would. Horrible customer service. When I signed up originally my account did not provide the ability to actually select any "programs." When I called customer service they told me they had "never seen that technical issue before." It took weeks to resolve. The interface with Krowdfit is horrible. Despite working out daily and having all my stats on my AppleWatch, I find it almost impossible for my info to register with Krowdfit - resulting in no credit for my activity. Calling ... read more
