we were going to place an order to go and was put on hold and 10 minutes later and a conversation between waitresses splitting a $10 tip I finally hung up. it is standard to not discuss your tips while customers are in the restaurant much less when you have them on hold. smdh.

Our waitress was awesome, the food was good, and the room was great for our gathering
I've been going there for years . I was there last nite had the hamburger stake . Was ask if I wanted grilled mushrooms and onions. I said yes and some mashed potatoes and country style green beans . When it got to the table it was a sorry excuse for a hamburger stake .the mushrooms were canned NOT grilled. The mashed potatoes where fake .Then there was the lame excuse for brown gravy .And if I was a betting man I would say the green Bean's were every bit of 3 days old. Well we were a party of 9 and they got part of our wrong and some of the food was cold and we wait for a while for to go boxes this was the first time for us we will try one more time
My Family and I love Cafe USA Every time we dine here its always Great Food and Wonderful Service , our food is always hot and cooked right the staff and waitresses are always friendly and very nice , and we always celebrate our Adoption Anniversary there , tonight our favorite waitress 'Mosh' was working , she took amazing care of 7 of us (my 4 kids adore her). Thank you !
