I celebrated my daughter s birthday at Cafe Rustica few months back and it was wonderful.My daughter loved the set up and so did her friends. The family crowd also loved this place as well as the delicious food. I m glad I selected this place and Thank you Cafe Rustica for making my daughters birthday a memorable one.

Cafe Rustica has the most awesome Italian cuisine. I really enjoyed their gluten free wraps which was absolutely delicious. The service was also remarkable. I will definitely visit there again when I go to Great Neck.

The meals and assistance here were excellent. Section dimension was more then predicted for the excellent of meals. The assistance was also exeptional. Look ahead to going returning.

- Food seemed reasonably good - but I became violently ill within 30 minutes of eating it. - Service was mediocre, sometimes good, sometimes poor. Plates were cleared away timely, but it took a half hour to flag down the waiter just to get the check when we were ready to leave.- The manager (or owner) was rude and obnoxious. He would come by to ask how everything was (which is a good thing) but would walk away while I was trying to answer (which was not a good thing).- The manager tried to tack on a "20%" gratuity at the end... read more
