Great for Dinner Cafe Roti is one of my favorite places to go for a nice quiet and romantic dinner with my husband. The dining area is candlelit, quiet. The food is outstanding - authentic Indian food as mild or spicy as you want it, and there service is always prompt and friendly. They have a lunch buffet that I don't like as much as dinner (which is not a buffet) due to the special evening atmosphere. PROS: Great indian food, cold beer, good service, great evening atmostphere CONS:
Excellent Food- (would go again but I don't have the money) Very good food- the best rice I have ever had. I had the chicken korma once, and then the lamb korma, both are very good- have tried duplicating the recipe, but I can't! The best indian food that you will find here in Lakeland, probably the only indian food.... and it is fine eating. HIGHLY recommended Indian Food The lunch buffet is a great deal and the food is excellent. There is a very nice assortment and selection of buffet items. Dinner is also highly recommended, but it's not buffet style HIGHLY recommended. PROS: OUTSTANDING food CONS: drinks priced a little high
BEST IN LAKELAND I was like most people indian food is to hot. I decided to give it a try i ordered a glass of wine, garlic naan and chicken korma,to my supprise i was asked if i would like it mild medium or hot.I choose mild. The food was so good. I even decided to try a dessert. So gulab jamun it was the best. I now eat there three times a week.
Awesome lunch! This is the place to go for lunch in Lakeland if you like Indian food. Awesome price, awesome food!
I <3 Cafe Roti Cafe Roti is amazing...it's the best Indian food I've ever had! My friend and I make it a point to go to Cafe Roti once every week because we crave it nonstop! Highly recommended...you have to try it!! The lunch special is a steal!
Indian Food Heaven Absolutly amazing. I have eaten Cafe Roti many times, have tried about everything on the menu, I have never had anything that I did not fall in love with. The only diffculty that I have had is deciding what I want to eat! Brava
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I would have given this place 0 stars, but this review site is not allowing me to.... My husband and I ate there a couple times. The first time I ordered a potato vindaloo and paid $11.99 for it. When I got home, there were a FEW pieces of potato in it. I was furious, but said nothing, my husband shared some of his chicken.
A real proper good curry I have eaten at cafe roti many times now. I am addicted to there chicken and spinach curry. I am from England and came to live here 3 years ago and the only food I really missed from England was a good curry, but now I have found a really good curry at cafe roti it feels more like home. There lunch specials are really good value, I get them and reheat for dinner. Now I know my curries so believe me when I say they are good. Thanks cafe roti and may you serve me for many years to come.
