Service was slow and kitchen is not clean. I wait in line for 8 minutes before they got to me and it was only 2 people ahead of me.
The last few times I've made a pickup order here its always done at least 15 minutes late. Last night's order was also made completely wrong and I paid an extra dollar for cheese and sauce on top and they forgot it. The manager has got to be more on top of it here.
This location struggles compared to other locations with mobile app orders. If you order in the app, your food is never ready when the app tells you it will be ready... Not even close. The to-go staff doesn't seem to care either. The food is subpar by the time you get it. If you eat at this location, save yourself the aggravation and stand in line. It's quicker and the food is the quality you expect, probably because you're watching them making it right in front of you, and they know it.
Came in for a pick up order and was ignored for 20 mintues standing at the counter. I had to call while setting in the lobby to get any one to acknowledge me. Even though i got here at the set time it took another 25 minitues to get my food!
I got a plastic in my food.
