Excellent. Courteous staff made it easy to get my delivery order and get on the road and get that delivered in a timely manner. When I eat there. As a customer, the food is always excellent.
Holy Guacamole! What an operational nightmare. We ordered online, maybe an hour ago and the time window they gave us was 30 minutes ago at 1:00. We came into the store at 1:10 only to find out that there were people there from 12:15 that STILL didn’t have their orders!! How are we supposed to get our order at 1:00 if people 45 minutes ahead of us didn’t get theirs yet? 45-60 minutes behind on online orders should be absolutely unacceptable. I went to this establishment today and the Cashier saw my Fire Department sweatshirt and asked if I was a fireman. I told her I had been but retired last year so no longer a fireman. When she rang me up she gave me the First Responders discount and told me it didn't matter that I had retired I was still a fireman. I really wish I knew how to express how much that this means to me. Thank you Cafe Rio!!
