First time visit. Great shrimp tacos for me and a burrito for my spouse. Exceptionally clean restaurant, lots of seating, and a shaded porch. Will definitely return.

We went here wanting to try something other than the other chain burrito places in CO. Unfortunately so many disappointments. Let’s start with the tortilla we were under the impression it was a fresh made tortilla it is not it was pulled out of a warmer and had probably been in there awhile the rice tastes like boxed rice that was not cooked correctly, for a place that advertises fresh everything nothing looked fresh nor did it taste fresh and to be honest it was cold it was not even warm less than 5 minutes after leaving th... read more

I have been to a few Cafe Rios and am a fan of the brand, but it is really nice to see a store that seems exceptionally well-run. The store was clean, the food was great, but perhaps most impressive of all was the staff. They were all well-dressed, friendly, and helpful. They notably went above an acceptable minimum to offer great customer service--and we noticed. Good job, Littleton Cafe Rio!
