Portions were spot on and the service was great! My elderly mother started coughing in line and they rushed over with a bottle of water asking if she was OK! Thank you!
I’ve been to this location 30-40 times with my family since they opened. This location used to be amazing. It’s really gone done hill since they opened. They ate very stingy with their serving sizes. My main issue is they are already 30-40% more expensive than their competitors and now they are nickel and diming you for everything. $2.00 for extra rice, $2.00 for extra shredded cheese? Really? Waited over an hour for our delivery food. When it was finally delivered it wasn't even our food.
First thing I do when I go into a new restaurant is check the cleanliness. This location wasn't bad, but wasn't great. The sitting area was OK, needed sweeping. The actual line area where they make your food, the floor was bad. Needed sweeping and mopping. The employees making the food did wear gloves, but terrible customer service. ***UPDATE MAY 24, 2026***this franchise simply doesn't care, they know what the problem is and refuse to fix it. The best way to combat this is simply not go and watch it drown and close. ************ I was looking for an alternative to Chipotle or Qdoba and wanted to give this place a try.
