We have never received a correct drive thru order There is always something missing and if you tell them something is missing , you are scoffed at. So then I started going inside and the staff inside is so unfriendly. One of The guys who works the food line inside (Tuesday nights)has no knowledge or care about food safety. I have been a Cafe Rio lover since I first tried it at like 12 years old. Nothing hits like that sweet pork. One thing I felt I could always count on is their consistency. It always felt like whatever you ordered was made w/ intention and it never felt like fast food. This location has failed me one too many times. I recently left another Cafe Rio location (W Sahara and Fort Apache) due to how dirty it was, so I decided to give this newer location a try, expecting a much better experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I walked in, the two staff members simply stared at me. I was the only person in line, with just one table occupied, yet I had to ask if they were ready to take my order. That alone set an uncomfortable tone.
