This particular Cafe Rio was slightly dirty. Service was just okay nothing to stand out. The cashier was not so friendly and rushed us. Seem like you didn't want to work that day. We didn't get to use our coupons our points because we did not feel welcome to use them. The one in Henderson was more friendly
Do not go to this location! They have a bunch of teenagers working here and they never have any ingredients. It's ridiculous everytime I come to this location they never have anythinh ready. Everyone is just walking in circles looking stupid. Went in today with my husband and they had no rice no pinto beans, no Pico de gallo and it was a 30+ minute wait. Absolutely ridiculous. This location should be shut down until they can find better staff
