Everyone’s so rude, lady literally rolled her eyes when I asked for steak … “ 7 minutes go wait over there” I can’t understand her she speaks so low , gets upset when I ask what she said , rolls eyes again , very uncomfortable Not coming back here
I came in on a Sunday night and was happily greeted by an awesome team. The service was very friendly and helpful. I always love cafe rio and tonight’s service was an excellent example as to why. It was so great to everyone in the kitchen working hard and fast. Everyone was very helpful and nice! I will definitely be back!
No greeting, no eye contact. When an employee finally did notice me, he walked over like I was bothering him and didn't say hello until after I said it. Food was mediocre. I will not be revisting. First and last time at Cafe Rio
This location sucks. No one is happy to work there. They tried to charge us extra for sour cream and guac that come with the Quesadilla. They don't give you salsa with it either. Cherry on top is they didn't put the lids on the sauces properly so when I got home the bag was a giant mess and we had to eat a dry quesadilla.
