They brought their A team today!! We just finished our meal and it was perfect for a nice snowy day. They didn’t skimp out on the meat, the ladies were so nice, and the lady checking us out cracked me up, totally loved her!! Editing this review years later. This location has fallen off as far as order accuracy, they keep forgetting my sauce. No one wants a dry burrito, especially if I’m shelling out $20 bucks for a burrito with 6 pieces of meat in it.

UPDATE Sept 2026 reducing to 1 STAR - I'd rather drive further to a different location or go somewhere else entirely at this point. 9 out of 10 times when we order takeout they get something wrong. The latest time, today, we paid extra for an extra dressing and they didn't give us ANY dressing at all. Dry tostadas aren't fun. It was also on the wrong type of tortilla...AND I ordered two tacos, one with fajita veggies one with chicken and received two chicken tacos. Avoid this location entirely. Im usually pretty patient since Ive worked in food service myself but this is the 3rd time I've been made to wait over and hour for my food, with the only remedy being a "sorry for the wait", its getting ridiculous at this point. I was ignored for the 1st hour of waiting and when they realized I had been waiting my order wasnt in the system, they had to hand write my order to make it. This Cafe Rio has horrible customer service. The one gal waiting at the end of the line to add additional items to your order rolling eyes, complaining at the gentlemen taking the initial orders and saying hurry up. That is something that doesn’t need to be displayed to the customers. As I was waiting to pay the young was filling bags of chips for future orders. I usually only leave reviews when I have something positive to say, but the service I received here really warranted a review. The employees were incredibly rude and seemed annoyed from the moment we ordered. They were arguing back and forth and literally pushed my salad back and forth, saying they didn’t want to make it. When I had to clarify a second time that the order was to-go, I was given attitude because they had to cover it and put it in the bag.
