Have been here multiple times over 45 minutes before closing and they are cleaning up the special drinks (horcata, limeade etc) and half of the food they have ran out of including simple things like mild sauce and chips and are not making more of it. Very disappointing to see how far downhill this location has gone. Costa Vida is better about keeping food available until they close 🙄

Sooooo sad Cafe Rio has gone down hill....it used to me so yummy but now it is pretty mid. The 2 for 25.00 was great but the side of queso was smaller than the dressing cup that you get when you order a salad....what? (It was supposed to be a large lol) Also people working there are not friendly and get irritated if you ask for and modifications like no lettuce on the side of the burrito.

There online orders are a mess, put in an order and after it being over 30 plus minutes after when it’s supposed to be ready they can’t even give me an estimate on it’s eta. Watched them go through the walk in que several times over while a half dozen or so of us who order online are just left to wait 30plus minutes past when it said it would be ready.
