I'm done with Cafe Rio. I've been a regular customer for years but something has changed. Prices have gone up, but severing's and service has gone down. Recent visit to the Jordan Landing location. No need to come here again. Plenty of other options at Jordan Landing. Employees are so depressed and unpleasant, speaking barely above a whisper and you find yourself asking “What?” constantly. They give the same 1.5 Tbs of guac no matter what you order, scraping the container side several times so as not to serve a spec more. They charge $1.79 for every additional 1.5 Tbs. The food and staff here are amazing! The only time ny order was messed up, they fixed it immediately and gave me a drink!
I love Cafe Rio. But not this location. Employees don't talk loud enough while preparing food, so I could hardly hear which toppings were extra $. I order different things on occasion and want to know what I'm getting into. I ordered a Niño quesadilla for my kid, and they didn't give us fruit. I intended to use my $5 discount. They scanned the QR code from the coupon in the app, but it just added points. They said they could give me the $5 off next time but the coupon was only good for this week...
