Placed order online with their site, was charged for the entire meal and nothing was ready when I arrived at the placed pickup time. They said it was not even in their system, yet it was confirmed by their own site and my bank showed the charge. Refused to make any food or refund and told me to go back another day to try to get my money back. Don't waste your time.

The shredded beef taco portion is crazy small! Like like 2 tablespoons! She told me only 2 ounces are allowed. Have you seen the size of the small tortilla, it's huge compared to the small portion of meat. That's how small the meat portion is. When I asked her for more, she snapped back & said she'd charge me double for what should have been a "normal" amount, which is what they actually used to serve. This is honestly one of the best Cafe Rio locations by far! The food is always on point and the staff is spectacular!
