I stopped by the Café Rio in Queen Creek tonight (Friday, October 17th, around 8:30 p.m.) and was really impressed. It was super busy, but the whole team was working hard and staying on top of things — the pace was steady, and everyone seemed focused and positive. What really stood out to me was the manager — the taller guy running the show. I ordered a take out order via online. At home when I opened up my burrito it only had rice, beans and grilled onions. Not a single shred of meat. I’ve noticed this on past orders as well, with little to no meat. I now will be only eating there in person so I can watch them build my order.
