My wife and I have been longtime customers at your Issaquah location. Tonight, after havingate most of our meal, my wife noticed that we have been eating dirt or mud because the lettuce was not properly washed. This caused us to both feel unwell and throw up. It was a traumatic experience that no one should go through. I don't know if I will ever be able to trust Cafe Rio again.

As a DoorDash/UberEats driver this is the worst place to pick up in all of Issaquah. They don’t start preparing to go orders in a timely fashion and end up helping new customers before the to go orders. It is not uncommon to wait 20+ minutes here while watching employees help NEW customers and ignore online orders.
