Café Rio makes my favorite self serve fast food salad ever but the customer service at this location in particular when it comes to takeout/mobile orders is easily the worst I've ever seen. Busy or not this store will have you waiting for nearly 30 minutes for an order you placed to be picked up 30 mins ago.
