Beware if you're on your lunch break and ordering online, there is a very good chance it will not be ready by the pickup time. The people working said they "prioritize walk-ins" with no good reason as to why. I ordered my meal about 20-30 minutes before my requested pickup, I feel there was plenty of time to put my order in the flow before I got there. I ended up having to wait an extra 10 minutes since they hadn't started my order, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. Unfortunate since the food is good.
