We eat at the Ft Collins Location almost every Tuesday for Taco Tuesday. The staff smiles when they see us, remembers our order and asks us how we have been. Those small acts of kindness are important. And the food is good too! 😊
Food is always tasty and service is great in the day time but severely declines the later it gets . Twice now where I come at 8:30 (they close at 10) and all the food is already put away and customer service is out the window. I got no response after greeting the guy who helped me. The salsas they had out were dry and crusty and it just felt like a burden trying to order. The first time I offered to leave and go elsewhere as it looked like they were closed already.
