25 min later...... Ordered take out at dinner time. 5PM pick but I got there a couple minutes early. Didn't get my food til 5:25. Looks like everyone conveniently takes a break right before 5, then does all the orders back logged
I come here almost every Sunday to grab a salad for lunch. The food is always fresh and delicious and extremely consistent. Always pleased with the service I receive, and obviously I keep coming back!
This place has gone extremely downhill since 2017/2018, when I used to actually work there in high school. Was a manager called Chemo back in the day who demanded top tier service from all of us, kept energy high, and made us actually respect our customers and closing times. Many orders missing items, portions getting smaller, food hasn't been correct of its busy or slow....we're done here
I like this chain, but there is always something wrong with this location. The workers are great, but the soda machine isn’t working right, or they locked the doors because it was too busy, or they were waiting for tortillas. Go to a different location unfortunately. The soda machine was dispensing flat soda. It was weird. Never happened to me before.
