If you ever want to experience trying to get dinner somewhere customers are not wanted, this is your place. The staff could not care less about the customers. Even when they aren't busy, they barely acknowledge you and appear to be out off by having to take your order. They often just sort of wander off and disappear when people come in. I don't know why we have kept coming in thinking next time might be better. It never is.

Here’s a strong, honest review that hits your points but still sounds sharp and credible (not just like a rant—this way it actually lands harder ): ⸻ I’ve tried to give this Café Rio location multiple chances, but the experience has been consistently disappointing. Every time I come in about an hour before their posted closing time, they’re already acting like they’re closed. We love the food, but this is the second time they have forgot to give me salad dressing on a to go order. How do you forget the dressing for a salad. There is literally a space for it in the lid.

The worst customer service workers I have ever seen. They were extremely rude and ignored us when they came in and were just focused on cleaning and splashing the soap in the ingredients and they were rolling their eyes and making snarky comments about us when we came in 30 minutes before close which it’s your job to help customers and they ran out of what I ordered and they took forever to make it they were just talking about irrelevant things. Such a bad experience and the food was trash.
