We went through drive thru to order 2 bowls. Both our orders were wrong. We asked for grilled chicken and house dressing on one bowl and fire grilled steak in the other. They gave us pollo asado and no dressing The steak also had this seasoning on it. The person taking our order sounded pissed off. We won't be returning to this location. $22 down the drain!
This has to be the absolute worst location in the chain. I don’t really take reviews on google into much consideration as I’m aware that people are more likely to complain than compliment. However, this is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and both times I’ve been appalled by the customer service and general attitude of the staff. Quite literally the worst cafe rio location I have ever been to. From San Diego , WA , VA and now LV. I have been stationed in so many places and never have I EVER had a bunch of kids mess up every single order ever placed at this point it’s starting to feel intentional lol. Never have I had the privilege to hand my money over to people with the most consistent attitude and scrounged up faces. I am highly disappointed at this location.
