One star. This was easily the worst Café Rio location I’ve ever visited. The employee working the line had his pants sagging, slapped things together with literally 5 pieces of meat, and ignored customer requests. Meanwhile, two other employees were standing around on their phones, leaving him as the only person actually doing anything. The food looked old and expired, the service was careless, and the whole place felt poorly managed. I would not recommend coming here. Honestly, I’d rather eat at Arby’s.

Not sure his name, but the Asian guy with the blonde hair who works the drive-thru, never fails to have the worst negative attitude every. single. time I come to this location. It’s almost like talking to a brick wall. But the foods good.

What happened to cafe rio? It used to be the best chain burrito. I attended this location for some lunch. The line was small, I was second in line but after waiting about 10 minutes the line hadn’t moved. I also noticed they moved most of the ingredients off the line and to a separate location. The employee working the front line was incredibly slow, showed no communication skills with the customers or any work ethic to speed things up.
