My lord this place is horrible, I live close. And I love cafe Rio. But this location is so bad, the service is bad. The cost is never the same and the portion size is inconsistent. I don’t know how the manager or owner doesn’t see it. The worst!!
This is thee absolute worst cafe rio I have ever been to. Quite honestly possibly the worst customer service as well. They keep hiring these younger people with sour attitudes for absolutely no reason. This place is also disgustingly dirty & they seem to always be so understaffed they can’t make time to clean. I don’t understand why corporate is not doing a single thing about this location, it’s TRASH.
Horrible service, I saw the people working there and they are so slow to get your order online and when you ask they don't know because they took a lot the time,

CJ provided exceptional service while others gave the bare minimum. I asked another gentleman with braids if they had more horchata and he said no but CJ a ent from cashiering to go out of his way to fill it up. Ty CJ for making our experience a great one!
