I got the pleasure of receiving a large shard of GLASS in our food! They’re lucky no one was hurt or died is all I have to say…. Do not eat here.
We went through drive thru to order 2 bowls. Both our orders were wrong. We asked for grilled chicken and house dressing on one bowl and fire grilled steak in the other. They gave us pollo asado and no dressing The steak also had this seasoning on it. The person taking our order sounded pissed off. We won't be returning to this location. $22 down the drain!
This has to be the absolute worst location in the chain. I don’t really take reviews on google into much consideration as I’m aware that people are more likely to complain than compliment. However, this is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and both times I’ve been appalled by the customer service and general attitude of the staff.
