Hours were supposedly updated 4 days ago and say it closes at 10pm, ordered on doordash and the dasher waited there for 20 minutes before canceling the order. Do better
Tried to place an order through the drive thru and was probably the worst experience I have ever had. Took forever to even place our order at the speaker. Waited at the window for over 20 minutes and never acknowledged. Not even a check in or an update on why it was taking so long. Not a single person looked our way or said anything to us. Understand waiting for food but not even acknowledged at the window is unacceptable. And we could see inside, it wasn't that busy. The food was okay but the reason I’m writing a review is because there was a large puddle near the drink fountains that was not cleaned up. We watched someone remove the existing rug, saw a large puddle under it and just put a new rug over it. Then a customer tripped because the area was still wet. All they did was add a “wet floor” sign. Then another customer tripped, manager was notified of the issue again, explained someone could get hurt.
