First time I’ve ever posted a review. You have workers messing around in the back and workers on the line using their phones. I get dirty looks from staff if I show up after 7pm. The food isn’t on the heaters and there is no protein available outside of shredded chicken. I gave this location another try when I ordered pick up, I ordered grilled chicken and they gave me a mix of shredded chicken with a few pieces that were grilled. It has been couple visiting this location the last time was bad, but today was worse I entered the location and they were preparing a burrito, the person who made it was very slow and literally took 10 min to prepar it, and another person was ahead of me. I ended up leaving. I have 30 min to take lunch and im not going to waste it just waiting for my food
My favorite Cafe rio location fast and so nummy
This is the SLOWEST quick service restaurant you will ever go to. We ordered food on the app, showed up 15 minutes later, and have been sitting here for an additional 20. It has been over 30 minutes since we placed the order. We have watched countless people go through the line and order during this time. My spouse loves the food, which I find average at best, but I cannot recommend this place at all. They are terribly, terribly slow.
I dont understand why nobody corrects these issues. 3rd time in the last 2 weeks i attempt to pick up drive thru and they never have steak. 1st time, ok it happens. 2nd time they only had enough for 1 burrito, not for my whole order, but i was told to wait 20 mins theyd have more. 3rd time they flat out said, no steak. At 6pm! Its not like its closing time. Get it together.
