This is the worst location in Vegas. Hannah lied to me about giving me a credit. The worst employees, the worst food, and the worst service. Save yourself hassle and money. Don't go here. I won't be giving ANY Cafe Rio my business again. Reply to owner: No, I'm not reaching out again. I've reached out 3 times and I was ignored all 3 times. You had plenty of chances to earn a better review and earn back my business and those of my friends and family, and you failed.
***UPDATE: After reaching out as requested my issue is still unresolved because they didn't even bother to read my message. Figures. Horrible company and horrible customer service. I ordered two enchilada entrées with Fire Grilled steak for delivery. I paid extra for guacamole. Neither entrée had guacamole or salsa as ordered.
