This used to be one of the best locations but something has happened recently and they have gone downhill. The bar where they make the food is always DIRTY with old crusty food bits and the utensils looks like they haven't been cleaned in days. If you get an order to go there is almost ALWAYS something wrong or it looks like someone wrestled with the food in the bag. The day crew is much better than the night crew so I would recommend going during the day if at all.

My 3rd visit is my last visit. Each visit was progressively worse. I see no real redeeming value in this place other than the convenience of the drive thru. The food is bland and way overpriced for what you get. $15 for 2 tacos that tasted like they were mostly lettuce, no cheese!?!, no sauce, just BLAND as can be and a side of stale rice and beans (also bland).There's a little mom and pop Mexican spot right across the street by the 7-11, I'll just go there instead from now on, I'm not wasting my time and money at this estab... read more

Gave me old leftover chicken in my salad. The worker saw me come in and left the counter so I had to wait for someone else to take my order. The guy kept asking me what I wanted on my salad and I kept telling him everything, like he didn’t know what comes on the salads. I had to ask for the tortilla strips that goes on the salad and he didn’t put any limes in there. I paid for a large cup and I had to grab my own cup because he walked away without giving it to me. I eat here like once a week and usually its great. However this time the food wasn't up to par. We always get the barbacoa (pork) burrito enchilada style. I'm not sure why they tasted so bad this time, but ugh!-!-! Also, when I paid for the food at the register the cashier made a fairly big mistake. She charged me for an entire tres leches cake when I ordered a individual cake. They returned my $$ when I showed them the error, but it was another issue on top of the inedible burrito I received. Terrible service! I ordered ahead on the app and it took over an hour to receive my food. No mention of a refund or free drink. It was terrible that people who walked in an hour after me were getting their food and walking out before me.
