I haven't had the Rio in over 14 years! It's exactly the same ... which is a very good thing. Still pretty good. As you can see, I got a pretty decent serving. Fairly fresh toppings. The house dressing is my favorite.
Everything was delicious! Horchata was not good but the tres leches was yummy. Our server had some attitude but I think she was tired.. it was late and I couldn't hear her so she kept repeating herself sorry! 2nd time we went, the place was dirty... they really need someone to keep up on the cleanliness of the whole restaurant.
