Better than chipotle
Big fan of Cafe Rio my favorite is the pork barbacoa burrito, lots of flavor and better than that restaurant named after a pepper.

The restaurant is a lot like Chipotle (from the decor to the ambiance to the way you order). The aguas frescas were a bit funky. The horchata tasted like the Klass mixin packet, the hibiscus one was a bit too watery (couldn't really taste hibiscus), the mango nada (nada mango) one seemed interesting to try at first but it just tasted like a sharp citrusy tajin water (didn't really taste the mango in it).
