I used to love Cafe rio, would come on a tuesday and eat 5 of those shredded beef tacos. Went to this location recently and was told they didnt have the shredded beef because they were changing the menu. The shredded beef/chicken was the only reason to go to cafe rio. Unfortunately, I can get a better sliced beef taco somewhere else for half the price. Your menu wasnt broken why the "fix"? This location made it seem like all locations weren't ruined so hopefully there is a cafe rio who hasnt destroyed their menu yet.

The customer service was great but the menu was AWFUL. I went specifically for the shredded beef taco but they no long serve shredded beef or shredded chicken because of a new experimental menu. NONE of the other options I wanted. I can't get a shredded beef taco from anywhere that was as delicious as Cafe Rio's and now I just can't get it ANYWHERE at all. I won't be coming to Cafe Rio anymore if this is going to be the new menu.

The worst service I ever experienced the girl with the tattoo and the piercings was very rude. The African-American girl was there. She was no different scraped off burnt beans out the pan. Food was disgusting. Didn’t taste good at all. I would never ever come to this café real again. It was my worst experience. No need to respond or feedback. I don’t want nothing. I had to add my own sauce and onions to try to make it taste decent. I threw it away.
