This location is terrible. Rude staff and horrendous customer service. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived at the store I was told my item was not available even though it was available. I was lied to and treated poorly by an employee. The manager had to make the employee prepare my item. The whole time I was getting dirty looks and eye rolls by the employee. I reached out via the survey and have not heard back. CAFE RIO does NOT CARE. Avoid this location

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Cafe Rio. Happens every time I go to this location, every employee is so grumpy and rushes you through the transaction.
