I'm pretty disappointed I order from here through my account and I was charged for an extra mango salsa and my mint limeade only to see that none arrived with my order . I would like a credit to my account for such charged items being that mistake or not it was negligence on the staff side and I was charged for something that didn't get sent out with the driver
They don’t serve chicken tortilla soup anymore which really upsets me. Opted for the shredded beef salad but my heart wasn’t into it.
This café Rio is one of Las Vegas best kept secrets. We always go here when we’re driving through Las Vegas. Tonight we had Liam and Michael helping us and they did a fantastic job very friendly, very helpful and they both made our experience fun.
Recently ordered through catering. It was a disaster!!!! The meat was in these large pans but only a 1/8 full. Thankfully we notified how little the order was and had to pay an additional $200 to get just enough meat. Over $600 spent and the order was extremely small. I have been going to cafe Rio since the location on Eastern opened and this will be the last. Also ordered Olive Garden and Ohanas the same week and the quality and value was extremely better! Definitely would not suggest for a catering order.
