Acabamos de hacer un pedido en esta locación nos vino el pedido incompleto nos faltaron 2 sopas de tortilla la de uber esta dice que no es su culpa llamamos a cafe río y dice una persona que no puede hacer nada.entonces esa es manera de tratar a los clientes?????????? No se merecen ni una estrella

I honestly love the food here, my biggest issue is the customer service. There's a few really nice people here but the younger people are genuinely so rude I feel like I have to mentally prepare to go in. Absolutely miserable and just stare at you. The only time I have ever had them be even slightly polite is when they were asking me to do a survey for them and mention them by name which I'm assuming gave them some sort of reward. 1) order food on app go pick it up and realize when we get home they forgot a salad 2) call customer service and they tell us they can’t call the store and we just have to go back 3) show up at the store and tell them we are missing a salad… wait 15 minutes and ask where is salad… oops we forgot Would like to say this is the first time something wasn’t in our order but it’s not. Like the food the stores culture & customer service desperately needs an upgrade

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Cafe Rio. I did mobile order because I had a $10 coupon and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes past the time that it said it would be done. Nobody spoke to me until I had already been there for 25 minutes. Nobody even looked at me or acknowledge me when I got my food. It was the sloppiest, worst rice and beans I’ve had. So dirty inside, ice machine didn’t work, flat top grill was disgusting, lettuce brown, no grilled chicken, but 8 employees on shift, 3 customers total inside at 5 pm. Franchise going down hill.
