Went to this location on Sunday, August 16th. Ordered ahead of time so I could pick it up and eat it on my night shift— everything was great so far. It wasn’t until I was a few bites in when suddenly I felt like my chicken felt a little weird. Pulled it out and saw it was RAW. Not just once piece- but THREE pieces. Absolutely disgusted and had to toss it all. Waste of money and extremely disappointing.
Just order a grubbhub delivery from your establishment. Completely botched order. Ordered grilled steak and pollo asado salads and got sweet pork in both salads. Will never order from or recommend Cafe Rio again.
Cashier at was too busy talking to everyone else to get or order after asking for a burrito six times we left
