I’m sorry but this is by far the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. Dirtier than any gas station I’ve been in. The staff was fine and friendly but all the containers they were keeping the food in were disgustingly dirty. Everything has a thick layer of gunk on the top that they just stirred into the food before scooping it. Quite possibly the filthiest kitchen I have ever seen. The food looked like it was days old and pretty much everything was stale. Nothing inside the restraint was taken care of; a swarm of bugs were buzzing inside by the entrance, none of the tables nor floors hadn’t been cleaned.
Terrible customer service. The app sucks. Charged our bank and it never submitted the order. So now i have dispute the charge with my bank. The inside also has tons of flys flying around and it’s extremely gross. We have had non stop issues with this location.
We were visiting Boise from Texas and decided to try Cafe Rio. Our first stop was the Meridian 10 Mile Road location. Unfortunately, the experience was so disappointing that we turned around and left without ordering. The restaurant was dirty, the atmosphere was unpleasant, and the customer service was poor.
