From 5 down to 1.5 stars, why? Because what is the point of the convenience of online ordering if my order won't even get started until I hit the drive through and have to come inside so the timer stays short? Then to be TOLD, "oh yeah we are out of x and y" once they are handing me the order, instead of ASKING if that was ok when you had me at the drive through AND standing there WAITING in the store while you were making it?
