Just ordered an almost $13 burrito through DoorDash. I selected beef for the meat and added regular fillings like cilantro, salsa, pico, cheese and sour cream. I received a badly folded beans and rice ONLY tiny burrito. The kids meal was missing the apple juice and the quesadilla was “cheese” only. Even though I paid extra to add the beef. I’ve officially sworn off Cafe Rio after too many bad experiences at this location. At this point, Costa Vida does just about everything better—the food, the quality, and the consistency. The sweet pork I got was chewy and honestly pretty unappetizing. And don’t even consider ordering for pickup. It feels like there’s a 90% chance something will be wrong with your order.
Went through the drive through and got a burrito with extra chicken, I got pork. I can't even eat pork. Wasted 18.00 never go here. I have changed my review due to the fact that cafe rio has made it right.
