This place is terrible. We try it about once a year... Never fails, just not good. Friday at 6pm place is almost empty. Guess that's a sign ..
Good choices, similar to Chipotle choices, which we also like. Larger number of tables for small and larger groups. A little slow, but friendly staff.
I do love Café Rio, but unfortunately, this location needs some work. It is very dirty almost every time we visit with filthy tables and a mess of the food line. Salsa cheese, and ingredients splattered everywhere. I have watched the staff members use the same gloves for handling money and handling food. Very young staff that appears to need more training. The food is not consistent with quality either. Definitely need some work. I would choose another location over this one.
