A few family members had warned me about the declining service and food quality at this location. But of course I had to check it out for myself. I should have listened. I stopped by today for lunch. The crew staff is very young and inattentive. Talking amongst themselves instead of providing prompt service. Food portions have significantly decreased and the quality of food was satisfactory. Concerned About Recent Changes: I’ve been a loyal Café Rio customer for over 12 years, faithfully enjoying my Taco Tuesdays and earning countless free meals through their loyalty program. Over the years, I’ve gotten to know staff at several locations—it truly felt like my own little “Cheers.” I’ve also referred many friends and family who became regulars themselves. Loyal customer here…we visit often but they changed the menu all up and it’s terrible! We’re so bummed!!! No more grilled chicken breast, or shredded beef. Why!? 😭 It looks like a basic chipotle now! Hate everything about it so we’re no longer going to eat here. Bring back the old menu and food!!!
