Easily the worst cafe Rio location I have been to - I don’t say that lightly, as I love cafe Rio. Kiosks are generally meant to streamline the work flow however this seemed to cause nothing but problems for this location. Food was prepared slowly and then put on a shelf outside of arms reach from customers whose names were being called. I love Cafe Rio. I drove from my house to go for the drive-through which said it was open until 11 PM online. When I attempted to go through the drive-through at 10:25 to 10:30 PM, it was closed. I walked in and ordered on the kiosk and I was the only customer that they had. They didn’t start on my order until 10 minutes after I had been there. The food was great even though they aren't a full Cafe Rio. The food, (my salad) may have been better than the full blown Cafe Rio's.
Happened to stop here before seeing the other reviews. Worst Cafe Rio location I have been to. Tortillas tasted old and service was non-existent. Couldn't scan a coupon code and manager seemed irritated and bothered by us asking how to use it on the self service kiosk.
