Worse cafe rio I ever been too if you can’t see your food being made I don’t think it’s worth going can’t even have add ons And when I tried to customize it, it also wouldn’t let me I let a worker know what I wanted added on and she didn’t add anything to too other than one thing I asked for a 4 oz guac and I got a 2oz they also took forever just for the employees to be chitchatting in the back mind you I’m starving never again don’t recommended and the steak doesn’t even taste good

Worst food experience ever! Was not expecting poor quality and care from this location. Not only was it cold, but it was not edible. The chicken was so dry it could not be swallowed. The tortilla was stale and the rice chilled. So very disappointing. When I called in to resolve this, I was yelled at and told “we’re busy, what’d you expect!” Not that, I didn’t expect any of this… I cant imagine giving any of these stores my business. Thank goodness for Costa Vida.

Hours posted show that they close at 11pm. I pulled into the drive thru at 9:55 and nobody would acknowledge me. I tried to ask an employee that was outside if they closed at 10 and I was ignored. I pulled around to the window and tried to get an answer and was actively ignored by multiple employees. I even called the store and the phone was not picked up.
