I had a really disappointing experience at this Cafe Rio. When my friend and I walked in, nobody greeted us, so we went over to the kiosk to order. After standing there for about 7 minutes with no confirmation, we finally went up to ask if our order even went through. I work in the food industry and this has got to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had the crew was just there like robots no greetings when we walked in, it didn’t feel like a cafe Rio, it wasn’t homie or welcoming, the iPad kiosk station was horrendous our app wouldn’t scan on any of them so no 4x points or anything, I couldn't order my food the way I even wanted and when I tried to ask for help on how to get what I want the workers just looked at us and offered to write down our order cuz they didn’t even have the ... read more
Threw the salad in the trash, it was filled with water on the bottom, every component was poorly made, the beans and rice were mushy, the chicken tough and shredded into smithereens. The dressing came out in chunks. 0/10 save your money
