I have 12 order of taco, some of them missing lettuce , and just one small cup of the salsa for 12 orders!
The queso was amazing, as always, but I’ve been a loyal Cafe Rio customer for years, and I’m honestly disappointed by how much the portions have decreased over time. I never minded paying a higher price for queso because it was ALWAYS worth it. The portion used to be generous enough that I felt like I was getting my money’s worth, and I was happy to pay for something I loved. After ordering a takeout at 5:20 to be pickup at 6:10, when I arrived at the store I still had to wait 10 minutes as they did not have my order ready. When I entered the restaurant at 6:10 they didn’t seem to be too busy, so I don’t know why an order that came in 50 minutes ago was not ready yet. I had ordered corn with cheese tacos but the corn tortillas had no cheese on them at all.
